Join Marianne for this five-week class with Chair Yoga, simple creative projects, food preparation, and exploration of your potential for contentment. Bonus: Introduction to Qigong, a seated workout easy on the joints while increasing energy and decreasing tension. Mats are available for under chair stability. Bring water for hydration. Please pre-register as a minimum of 4 people is required to run the course.
